Jess Brewster

  • RMT since 2023

With a passion to help women and pregnant people, Jessica Brewster brings relief and education to her clients. Her skill in massage therapy will help release your tight tissue, sometimes in surprising ways as she maps the connections between muscles and where your discomfort really begins. Her gentle practice heals and regenerates by increasing blood flow and awakening the muscles. Then she will help you learn more about your body and how you can stretch and move at home to maintain the relief you feel in treatments!

Ilona Logan

RMT since 1997.
Ilona Logan is a Registered Massage Therapist with nearly three decades of experience specializing in therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, and precision, results-focused treatments. Over the years she has worked in both clinical and wellness settings, including owning her own clinic in small-town Saskatchewan and later supporting patients in healthcare roles such as phlebotomy and Medical Laboratory Assisting. Those experiences strengthened her understanding of the body, pain patterns, and the importance of evidence-informed care—ultimately guiding her back to her true passion: massage therapy.

Now practicing in Regina, Ilona is dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, move better, and feel deeply supported in their healing journey. She integrates continuing education, advanced techniques, and a calm, compassionate presence to deliver treatments tailored to each client’s needs. Her work is grounded in professionalism, intuition, and long-term commitment to client well-being.

• Graduated from The Professional Institute of Massage Therapy 1997
• MLD Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Dr Vodder method)

Pam Retzer

I am a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in chronic care, patient education and maternal and infant health. Throughout my career, I have been committed to supporting individuals and families with compassion, practical guidance, and evidence-based care.

I am currently a qualifying Certified Nurse Psychotherapist, practicing from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) perspective. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where you can explore your challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change. I believe that healing and growth are possible with the right support, and I am here to help you navigate emotional pain, overcome obstacles, and achieve your personal goals.

I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice, including supporting neurodivergent individuals and families. I am especially passionate about working with women as they navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions such as parenting, caring for aging parents, perimenopause, and career change.

My work is strength-based and client-centered, focused on empowering you with tools, insight, and confidence to move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. I offer a free 15-minute consultation, giving you a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if working together feels like the right fit for you.
