Jenny’s treatments are guided by an extensive knowledge of neurological and musculoskeletal development. She enjoys teaching graceful movement throughout your lifespan. She has a depth of physiotherapy experience that can appreciate the care needs of people in all settings and all stages of growth and healing.

Jenny knows everyone comes to physiotherapy with an important story, and a different vision of success.

Jess Herbert

Jess brings together her understanding of anatomy, the nervous systems, her experience with chronic pain, sensory overload, and her natural ability to interact with others. She practices manual osteopathic therapy to bring ease to her patients’ nervous systems, bringing them into a better state of physical health and overall well-being.

Since entering the health field, Jess has been working towards bringing this type of health care to neuro-diverse children and adults.

With a passion to help women and pregnant people, Jessica Brewster brings relief and education to her clients. Her skill in massage therapy will help release your tight tissue, sometimes in surprising ways as she maps the connections between muscles and where your discomfort really begins. Her gentle practice heals and regenerates by increasing blood flow and awakening the muscles. Then she will help you learn more about your body and how you can stretch and move at home to maintain the relief you feel in treatments!

Joan Heal

Joan has been creating and promoting wellness in bodies for the past 10 years. She works with a number of modalities such as reflexology and hypnotherapy. She specializes in reflexology lymph drainage (RLD) which creates movement in the lymph system of the body. This movement has many benefits for secondary lymphoedema, as well as autoimmune disorders such as allergies, fibromyalgia, MS, sinus issues, asthma, arthritis, and chronic headaches.

Her hypnotherapy sessions are geared towards empowering her clients to learn self-hypnosis so that they can achieve goals, remove habits, and eliminate phobias themselves. Learning self-hypnosis empowers you to manage and maintain your life on your terms.
